Next Meeting Oct 1st 7:00 PM - Trip Leader Social/Training
Hey everyone the next OCVT meeting is about leading trips, If you want to learn to lead your own trips this is the meeting for you. Even if you don’t want to lead trips we encourage you to come hang out and hear stories from the officers and other members about trips they have led, mistakes made, crazy attendees and that one time we lost that kid at McAffee’s Knob.
Signup: For this meeting OCVT will provide snacks so please sign up online at here so we know how much to bring we can also easily contact you if the meeting location changes (see below)
Time and Location: The meeting will start at 7:00 PM This Thursday October 1st . NOTE: Right now the weather looks rainy but if it clears up I would like to have this meeting outside at Poverty Creek, we can have nice warm fire and make ‘mallows. Please sign up online and indicate if you would need a ride to an off campus location. We’ll use the trip signup to arrange rides if needed. If the weather stays rainy we will plan to have the meeting inside at squires Room 341. We will make final notice of location on Wednesday .
