Description
The grass gets high through the fields south of Symm's Gap. We need to beat them down (with trimmers) to clear the trail for hikers. Since access to this section of the trail can take some time (either hiking or if possible driving a US Forest Service Rd) we need to get an early start to minimize the heat of the day.We'll be using 2-cycle Stihl trimmers and loppers to clear the trail. The fields in this area provide great views to the north and west.
