Friday: Pocahontas Trailhead to Rice Fields shelter. (3 miles) Saturday: Rice Fields to Symm's Gap. (5.5 miles) Sunday: Symm's Gap to Pine Swamp shelter (7.5 miles) Monday: Pine Swamp shelter to Big Stoney trailhead (1 mile)

What You Should Bring
If you don't have your own gear, some gear is available through the club (first come, first serve, priority given to paid club members) or rent gear through VT's Venture Out. https://recsports.vt.edu/outdooractivities/rentals.html
Pet Instructions/Info
Preferably people who have camped with their dogs before would be okay. If this is your first time camping with your dog I'd recommend a practice overnight prior to this trip.
