Description
We will be maintaining the Helvey's Mill Shelter and privy on the Appalachian Trail. If time allows, we will cut back overgrown vegetation along the trail nearby.
Location
We will meet in the parking lot in front of the basketball practice facility which is left of cassell coliseum (when looking at the entrance).
What You Should Bring
Wear closed-toed shoes (boots recommended), long pants, tall socks, and a breathable long sleeve shirt. Bring at least 2 liters of water and plenty of snacks :) PPE and tools will be provided.
