Description
Bald Knob is located at Mountain Lake Lodge, it is approximately 1 mile roundtrip and so is often considered relatively easy but the first part is steep which is why it's given the 'moderate' rating on AllTrails (https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/virginia/bald-knob-trail--3). Please bring water, any snacks you might want to eat while watching the sunset, sunglasses, maybe a jacket, a flashlight or lantern for returning in the dark.
