Description
Tinker Cliffs via Andy Layne Trail is a 7.3-mile hike with roughly 2000 ft of elevation gain, please be prepared for such if you sign up! We will meet at 8:30 am, please do not be late! Should be an awesome hike and there should be great weather, however, do be prepared for a little bit of mud, as it may rain a bit the day before. About 50 mins Northwest of campus, just north of Roanoke.

Just type in Tinker Cliffs for Apple Maps, and on Google Maps, look for "Andy Layne Tinker Cliffs Trail Parking Lot"
What You Should Bring
Bring at least 2-3 liters of water for yourself, it will get pretty warm and sunny(hopefully). Make sure to bring a lunch and some snacks, as we will likely stop at the top and eat, and maybe stop along the way too. Also make sure to have adequate footwear for a long, and potentially muddy hike(hiking boots suggested).
