Description
We'll be heading up to Rice Fields to do some maintenance with the shelter/privy and tall grass. We'll be getting to the site via forest service roads with the leaders 4WD vehicles. We'll be using trimmers and a mower to clear the trail that runs through Rice Fields of tall grass. and doing normal privy maintenance. Equipment, training, PPE, will be provided. We'll carpool from Blacksburg, or meet individuals at the trailhead.

What You Should Bring
Long pants and a long sleeve shirt will be important. You can have "convertable" pants that turn into shorts and a short sleeve shirt to wear at the end of the day and the trip down the mountain.
