Description
The Brush Mountain area is a hidden gem among all the hiking spots in our region. We'll start and end our hike at Pandapas Pond, a great natural spot in itself. From there, it's a 2 mile gently sloping hike through the woods to a hidden overlook offering great aerial views of Virginia Tech and the Blue Ridge mountains! Come take a break and see Blacksburg from a new perspective.

Driving Directions
From Blacksburg, VA: Follow US 460 West for 3 miles. Turn left across from SR 621 (Craig Creek Road) into Pandapas Pond Day Use Area.You'll pass a parking lot on your left but continue driving to the second lot, this is where we enter the trails.
What You Should Bring
Please bring water, wear layers and well-fitting shoes. It will be chilly but it should be a fun trip!
