Description
This is an Alternative Spring Break where we will be working to help with the impact on the trail from Hurricane Helene. Early in the week is likely to be local and later in the week further south. We want to ensure our section of trail is ready to receive the 2025 AT thru-hikers and then we'll partner up with either MRATC or another AT trail maintenance club south of Blacksburg. THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO TAKE A LEADERSHIP ROLE TO ASSIST WITH PLANNING AND LOGISTICS.
What You Should Bring
There will be meetings prior to Spring Break in preparation. We'll be doing a mixture of camping and possible hostel stays.
