Description
OCVT has 30 miles of the Appalachian Trail for which we are responsible for maintaining. No experience necessary. We'll provide tools and training. Accessing parts of the trail that need maintenance requires hiking, with tools, cutting back overgrown vegetation, sawing trees that have fallen over the trail, and working on the tread of the trail to prevent erosion.

What You Should Bring
Wear long pants and have a long-sleeved shirt available to put on for certain tasks. Boots are preferred; close-toed shoes are a must. Pack a lunch and snacks, and 2 L of water.
