Description
We perform any necessary maintenance at the Helvey'S Mill shelter and privy in Bland County. As time permits, we will clear obstructions from the AT. A carpool location for the one hour drive will be determined after registration.
What You Should Bring
Wear long pants, a long sleeved shirt/jacket and sturdy footwear. Prepare for possible cooler mountain temperatures and breezes. Bring your favorite work gloves, lunch, and two liters of water. Safety glasses, hard hats and work gloves are furnished. A convenient carpool location will be decided after signup.
