Description
Meet at Squires lot at 3 pm and then get to the trailhead by around 4 pm. I will give an overview in the gravel lot before we start. We will hike 6 miles total with about 1600' of gain and it should take us around 1 hr. We will return to VT at around 8 pm. This hike is of moderate difficulty. Harder than Cascades. (I swear I won't sleep through this one.)

Sentinel Point is a viewpoint in Narrows, Va, near Pearisburg and just 40 mins away from VT.
Driving Directions
The parking lot for Sentinel Point can be found in map apps (as Mill Creek Nature Park Trails) and is 40 mins from Blacksburg.
What You Should Bring
Wear closed-toed sneakers that you feel comfortable walking in. I highly recommend trekking poles since they make walking easier. I recommend wearing breathable clothing. NO OPEN TOED SHOES, NO SPEAKERS.
