Description
The trip consists of hiking a 4.8 mile moderate/hard trail with an incline in the middle. Throughout the hike we will stop in sections that clearly need trail maintenance. You should wear long pants and hiking shoes, and bring enough water for the day, lunch, and sunscreen. All PPE will be provided. This is all through one of the Wilderness Steward for the Southern Appalachian Wilderness Stewards, so we’ll be getting a lot of insight about the trail, proper techniques, and the wilderness of the area. There will additionally be some quick paperwork that I will send to you as soon as you sign up.
