Description
This scenic loop is about 2 hours northeast of campus and features 360 degree panoramic views from Cole Mountain's meadows and great views from Mt. Pleasant. We'll tackle around 9 miles on Saturday, camp on Mt. Pleasant, and cover the other 3-4 miles on Sunday, hopefully getting back to campus around 1 pm. What You Should Bring
Bring plenty of water (at least 4L, though if you have a water filter there should be several refill spots on the trail), food for lunch and dinner saturday and breakfast sunday (plus trail snacks), backpack, tent/hammock, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, sleeping clothes, etc. (full packing list to be posted in group chat closer to trip date).
